“What a gem! Such a cute, mid century vibe close to downtown and CSU Chico! We appreciated finding a dog friendly home to bring our pup along. Clean with attention to details (doggie bowls, AC on prior to arrival, ice ready in freezer and keurig machine for the morning were some of our favorite touches). We didn’t use the bikes but loved that they were available for use. It’s an older home but the furniture and style made it so cozy and welcoming! 3 bedrooms fit my husband and I plus our teen and……

“Great location for a visit to Lassen Park. Lovely view of the woods and stars and conveniently located off the main highway and within easy driving distance to Chester for groceries and restaurants. We loved the covered porch and grill and the adorable birds nests. The baby birds were super cute.”

“Definitely would book again. Host answered our questions right away about the AC which worked great and was a must seeing how the outside temperature was 110*f degrees outside. Spacious rooms, living room can use an upgrade on couches but still good. One shower had very low water pressure and the other shower you had to tweak with a bit but it is an older house so it’s understandable. Stove is an older model so we were a little iffy about using it but got it to work right away and had a great……

“Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. It has an amazing location and is the perfect place for a single gal with 2 dogs to take refuge from the chaos of graduation weekend.
