“We were very favorably impressed with all aspects of our stay OTHER than the lack of water pressure for the shower. Don't know if this is some sort of restriction demanded by California, but if you can't feel like you are clean after a shower, what's the point? Room #408 ”

“Bartenders and staff super friendly. Bartender can make a mean Paloma! She was awesome! ”

“There was no carpeting in the hallway on our floor. That should be worth a courtesy discount ”

“Bathtub is big enough for 2 adults. Food options are great from the restaurants plus awesome adult gaming entertainment. The only downside is upon check-in there was an additional tax that had to be paid and the incidental deposit takes a long time to be returned. ”

“It has clearly had updated that kept costs down. But it was very clean and the bed was good. The lighting and electric plugs were lacking, and the internet didn't work well. ”

“Clean, affordable, convenient accommodations. Wifi signal wasn’t the greatest, limited continental b-fast, shower wasn’t quite as hot as I like but I realize that’s probably for liability reasons. I not super picky as long as it’s clean and I definitely don’t need to spend $200 a night. I’d stay there again. ”

“Paradise is recovering from the Camp Fire about 5 years ago, but the community is bouncing back. The Best Western seems pretty new, and I was very happy with experience. The room was clean and modern, there was actually 3 packs of regular coffee - thats a first, and I love the complimentary breakfast.”

“It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. The water pressure was great, but……

“Our stay at the Village Highlands Ranch was great. We got there after dark, but had no trouble finding the place. It’s well lit. Check in was a breeze. Rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. There’s a spot for a bonfire; a great way to connect with other guests. Great location; very close to Lassen National. We had a great time. Will stay here again. ”

“整體來講不是很愉快，過去酒店前已經在網上支付預計了。來以為过去登記入住就好，哪知道酒店兩個前台服務見我是游客英語又不好，員竟然又要我交房費。我還以爲是交的押金所以就把信用卡給她们支付了。后來才知道是收我的房費。太坑人了，這是我来美國入住那么多酒店最不開心的一次”
