“Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.”

“The room was great and furnishings made it seem like a home away from home. My wife and I enjoyed the warm cozy feel of the property and for our stay it was centrally located from Chico State and Bidwell Park and the hikes that we wanted to do. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“We had a wonderful experience staying at this home during our visit to Chico. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with teens. Its location just outside the downtown area made it convenient for touring the university. The neighborhood was quiet and full of charming. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely consider staying here again on any future trips.”

Hosts are easy to get a hold of and made everything run very smooth. “This house is a classic California bungalow from another era. So quaint. We had lots of room for everyone to have their own space. It's in a charming and quiet neighborhood that is close to some of Chico's best. Very walk-able & close to downtown. We appreciated our hosts' quick response to questions. The house has a roomy kitchen & eating space when you want to eat in. There's a shady & quiet backyard for pets to enjoy. We were glad we found it as it met all our needs and more.”

“Very very clean! I would never guess it was a dog friendly rental! So clean and nice! We enjoyed having four bedrooms...comfy beds.. and the large couch in the front room was wonderful for hanging out! Had to buy coffee filters for the coffee maker but no big deal...would highly recommend this house for a large group. Chico is a fun town and these owners were quick with answering questions. ”

“Lovely - location and property itself. Well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Deck in back is 'cozy' and could use a few more chairs. Web site lists 'hot tub' - we spoke with owner there is none. Would have been nice but was a most minor issue. Nice place whish it was mine. We give it an EXCELLENT RATING. :)”
