“We arrived after midnight, and the door lock mechnism would not let us in to the VRBO. We tried for 20 minutes. It would make a lot of noises, but never let us in. We had to get two motel rooms that night. The next day I contacted the owner. They told me they woul replace the batteries. I finally heard from them around 6. It was fixed.
