“Great 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Worked well for kids (3-5) and older folks (75). Nice front room and kitchen.”

“It’s definitely an old house as are most in Chico. The location was everything, only a 5 minute walk to the bars in downtown. Didn’t have to take a single uber which was nice. It had a big back yard with a nice set up. Beds weren’t super comfortable but weren’t bad either. It did say there was a washer and dryer when there wasn’t one but that’s okay. The WiFi password wasn’t posted anywhere and I couldn’t get ahold of the host for the password. Other than the communication, WiFi, and……

“Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.”

“The room was great and furnishings made it seem like a home away from home. My wife and I enjoyed the warm cozy feel of the property and for our stay it was centrally located from Chico State and Bidwell Park and the hikes that we wanted to do. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“We had a wonderful experience staying at this home during our visit to Chico. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with teens. Its location just outside the downtown area made it convenient for touring the university. The neighborhood was quiet and full of charming. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely consider staying here again on any future trips.”

“Overall great experience and will be staying again. House was very clean and stocked full of goodies. Spacious for kids to run around and play. Quiet and peaceful location. Hosts are easy to get a hold of and made everything run very smooth. “This house is a classic California bungalow from another era. So quaint. We had lots of room for everyone to have their own space. It's in a charming and quiet neighborhood that is close to some of Chico's best. Very walk-able & close to downtown. We appreciated our hosts' quick response to questions. The house has a roomy kitchen & eating space when you want to eat in. There's a shady & quiet backyard for pets to enjoy. We were glad we found it as it met all our needs and more.”

“Lovely - location and property itself. Well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Deck in back is 'cozy' and could use a few more chairs. Web site lists 'hot tub' - we spoke with owner there is none. Would have been nice but was a most minor issue. Nice place whish it was mine. We give it an EXCELLENT RATING. :)”
