“The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.”

“My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. “This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. “Our time at The Quonset Hut was nothing short of amazing! Beautifully remodeled and decorated, this place has everything you need and more! A comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and even a washer/ dryer if needed. We loved the location and ease of getting to downtown. We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. “Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. “Property easy location and parking. No light switch as you enter and walked into coffee table. Must leave light on if returning in the dark. Overall it was fine for the couple of nights needed. Must replace the sofa it was horrible to sit on especially for 71 year old.”
