My car was, to put is lightly, bombed by birds with a definite digestive problem. Maybe some type of deterrant to them roosting above the cars would be beneficial. $20 car was two days in a row!!”

“Quiet country stay conveniently located near Oroville and Chico. Huge lawn surrounded by many different fruit trees available for the picking in season. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable owners who live on site. One of our very favorite vacation stays. ”

“I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……
