“• customer service - 5/5 - best customer service we’ve had from any hotel / resort • property - 5/5 - such a classy aesthetically pleasing hotel - I do wish there was a rooftop area or some sort of outdoor area • hotel room - 3/5 - we loved our hotel room - lots of pillows, comfy bed, the design & layout was beautiful & the bathroom was really nice - the only thing was that the air was a bit stuffy so we had to turn the a/c off & open the window for fresh air throughout the night. •……

“職員態度一般，睡房比較暗，只有一盞床頭燈；但房間面積大，位置是在Nob Hill 山頂上，景觀開揚，交通尚算方便，酒店附近有 cable car 站，可乘搭 cable car，但也要行一段約五分鐘的斜路才回到酒店；另外，附近也有一間大的藥房，行落兩條街，約行十分鐘，可以購買一些日常用品及小食。”
