“Me dieron una habitación sin vista al mar y en la habitación te esconden tus cosas personales y después aparecen en otro lado de la habitación pero La verdad es una experiencia única y espeluznante a la vez porqué el barco es muy BONITO!!”

“Good qualities- friendly helpful staff, room has a safe, hotel location in the center of Old Town, nice options to store your belongings, plenty of towels and good pillows. Bad qualities- musky smell to the room, no TV remote on arrival, vending machines were sold out of water but hotel sold their bottles in room 😳. Low water pressure in shower and the room safe is not bolted down to make it secure, you could pick it up and walk away.”

“Excellent experience. Lives up to the Historic Inn name. We loved exploring the lobby, restaurant and bar to admire all the unique antiques that are strategically on display everywhere youlook. The restaurant food is excellent. The full bar is classy and old timey, I couldn't ask for more than that. Every employee I talked to was nice, knowledgeable, and eager to be helpful. We will be back again ”

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“Location very close to Old Sacramento and Rail Museum. Not much restaurant around the hotel. Hotel staffs helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was nice. ”
