“First room we got was dirty. The bathtub was full of dirt and scum. Had to request to switch rooms. The second room was better. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located near Pier 39, making it very convenient for exploring the area.”

“We were met with a warm welcome from Naz at the Front Desk. We were also able to get an early check-in. Rooms were clean. Our tub got clogged but maintenance was swift and fixed our issue immediately. We went to Lego land which was only 3 mins away. The Karl Strauss Restaurant was within walking distance and food was great. Definitely recommend and will be back.”

“Love the environment, kids are really happy, would love to go again during summer. the only down side is since the room has carpet and pet friendly there is smell at first. ”

“We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. ”
