“We really loved the layout and size of the room. Also, had a small balcony, but that wasn't in the greatest condition and the weather really didn't allow for it to be used. They are currently renovating, so it was messy in areas. I specifically selected this hotel for price, location, and that it had a pool. The pool was under maintenance, so we weren't able to use it. “Even on a busy MSU graduation weekend, we had a very quiet stay and saw only a few other guests. This must have been a fun place for conventions pre-Covid before companies discovered they could do seminars on Zoom. It was sad to see the empty meeting rooms and lounge. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked like it should. There were just some superficial things that were well worn, like some of the carpets, and the parking lots were a bit rough.
