“The Jefferson Inn was very nice, clean, and a great location in downtown Southern Pines. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Known issues where not addressed and hoped that we wouldn't complain. This was a get away for our anniversary and my birthday. The first night was super hot and there was no AC and the windows where painted shut. The solution was to put a portable AC unit in the room that sounded like a freight train. Which made no sense since the second night temp dropped into the 50's and we found out there was no heat as well. The property manager offered a 30% discount which did not make up for the……

“This is the second time I stay at this property. I will stay there again. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The one area I would fix is getting a new front door ASAP. Given the pin system the hotel uses, they need to get a better front door for easy entry and exit.”
