“The accommodations were perfect. The unit was newly renovated and beautifully done. The only problem was it snowed very hard when I was there and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities they offer due to being closed for ice on the roads. You pay for the amenities card as part of your booking, but everything was closed and no possibility of ever using the card. I called and asked for a refund for the amenities portion and got some excuse that wasn’t acceptable. I hate it, but I’ll never book……

“Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. ”

“WOW! What a great experience. I planned a getaway for my parents 21st anniversary mom's birthday which featured this as their stay. They had a wonderful time! Ed, the innkeeper, collaborated with me in setting this up. He even purchased them locally baked pastries as a "birthday/anniversary" local fare gift. Wonderful experience, they said they want to visit Bryson City again, I know where they will be staying :)”

“This property was amazing! The bed was comfortable, the house was spotless, and the view was breathtaking. Thank you so much for making our mini vacation perfect! ”

“Loved it! A large mountain home. Plenty of space for family movie and game night. Large hot tub. The sunroom off the master is where I spent most of my time. Wall to wall windows put you relaxing in the trees. The backyard stairs go into the water. So much fun.”

“The one thing I would like to suggest is since you allow animals, you should probably get leather furniture so that animals hair is not embedded in the furniture. It’s much easier to sanitize.”
