“Everything is good. Do prepare your own toothbrush and slippers. They provided toiletries. Breakfast was ok. And always have starbucks coffe at the looby to self serve. But the conditioners are different to squeeze out.”

“I was placed in a room directly above the bar which played music until 11 pm. Had I known in advance there would be loud music until that late I would have asked for a different room at check in”

“It was late that night when we arrived, but the front desk was very patient and professional when checking in. After we checked in, the front desk staff made a phone return visit. Maybe there was a big party that day and the elevator was a little dirty. But we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the west Edmonton mall or the Premium Outlet Collection Mall.”

“The hotel was an excellent alternative to staying at the West Edmonton Mall. The rooms were clean and the staff were very approachable. The breakfast buffet also had more variety than expected. We had a slight delay in being able to check into our room but were provided with complementary food while waiting. In addition to being a short drive to the mall, several eating options were available just across thebparking lot. Overall, it was very good. ”
