“Beautiful location! Sorta close to grocery & gas. Resort may have food store. Didn’t check. Looks fantastic inside. Paneling design great. Plenty of room for family or separate space. Great front porch. Great covered deck with table in back. ”

“We had a large group of family staying together and the size of this house with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. They rooms were spread out also to give everyone some space which was great. The house was very clean upon arrival. We came in the winter and there is a lot to do near by which was nice. Would defeintly recommend!”

“This was the third year that we stayed at the cabin.We have consistently been happy.The only disappointment was, the first several days of the week were very warm, I would have liked to been able to turn on the fan on the first floor living space to lower the temperature in the upper bedrooms ( the remote to control the fan is missing)Besides this, which was Not really a big issue, everything else was close to perfect.Thanks for any enjoyable stay!”

“We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room……

“If you want a real getaway weekend this is the place for you. You need to be prepared to travel on some backroads but once you get to Alpine Lake it is beautiful. The internet was out almost our entire weekend and I did report to the management three times without hearing back from them. The beds were very comfortable kitchen was stocked just okay in my opinion. We appreciated the cleanliness. The steps leading into the cabin are steep and it was pouring down rain when we got there so they are……

“The place is cute and quaint, but pretty spartan. We didn’t need many frills, our children loved the place and we had many cozy meals and plenty of family time. The neighborhood is close to the mountains, state park, and town.”

“What a beautiful location! The house is just as described. Plenty of room for a wonderful weekend away with my cousins and sister! The lake was the perfect location for a hike and a swim! Absolutely gorgeous views with plenty to do! We will definitely be back! Only issue was a breaker was tripped to the bedrooms downstairs. It was an easy fix for us.The towels smelled sour after you started to dry with them. Should be washed/soaked in some vinegar. And sometimes when AC (which is loud) is……
