“When I checked in to the hotel, I was greeted and taken care of by a great staff member. He also helped me book an airport shuttle for free to the airport the next morning. Even if the cost is a little high for this, I recommend this if you stay in Grand Rapids for one night and fly out of the airport the next morning.”

“I will say hotel is very clean,.very clean and updated room was nice. Hotel check in staff was nice. Morning came, went to have coffee, all the had was decaf and a few creamers. Coffee lids did not fit the cups. I would rate the breakfast/availability very poor. Very little to no food and syrup had nothing in it even first thing in the morning. Breakfast/coffee is definitely not a priority for the hotel. There was no one attending the front to check anyone out.”

“The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware with a dishwasher for convenience. The parade fridge came in handy. The nice attention to detail even with the shower handle. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would hIghly recommend this stay. ”
