“The hotel is good and functional, convenient location just minutes from the city center. The room was clean, and even though we arrived super late at night, the staff was kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. That said, I had booked a room for three people, and the hotel informed me ahead of time that the sofa bed wouldn’t be made, but they’d leave clean sheets and duvet. “Great place to stay if you are planning on getting around Bordeaux by bike or biking along the Garrone. It's a bit outside if town but very accessible. The staff were very nice. Restaurant was closed for dinner when we arrived but breakfast was excellent.”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
