“Located in beautiful downtown Columbia, SC, it was very convenient to walk several places. However staff needs to know something about public transit. No one could help us and one staff member didn’t even know the name of the public bus service. Also some of the bathroom toiletries had gone rancid and needed replacing. But overall, very satisfied.”

“Place an order for room service that took so long I had to cancel it. Returned from concert before midnight and front door was locked. ”

“Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Grosse und gut eingerichtes Zimmer. Frühstück war ausreichen für uns. Wir würden das Hotel gerne wieder besuchen.”

“I needed a place to stay close to my work. I will likely book a room here in the future. Everything was clean and nice. Plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t really like the TV in the room..the tv guide and remote control was not easy to control and was very slow to find channels. Would also be nice to have some free food items in the morning in the lobby with some juice and coffee. ”

“Rooms could use more or brighter lighting. When trying to get ready in the room the lighting was too dim. You only got the best lighting in the bathroom. When I’m checking out my outfit in the full body mirror I NEED THE LIGHT!!!!!”
