“The room was very clean and modern. The bedding looked much cleaner than other hotels, and it generally made me feel at home.”

“Really beautiful grounds. Felt safe. Lots of pretty plant beds. Nice big airy breakfast area, nice families. Good food. No potatoes but they had scrambled eggs and sausage, also oramge juice, fresh fruit, and hardboiled eggs. Suite was huge and clean. Nice clean bathroom. Plenty of space. Only problem was the fridge made a terrible noise all night. But other than that, it was a wonderful hotel. ”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”

“Hilton has multiple types of properties and I would consider this one a solid, mid-range hotel that makes you feel upscale. Very good breakfast. Beer and wine available. The two bedroom suite was extremely spacious and perfect for a family of four. ”

“The hotel was very clean and updated. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is located just across from a shopping center with a Publix and other stores and restaurants. It's also very close to UofF and Shands. ”
