“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”

“The room was very clean and modern. The bedding looked much cleaner than other hotels, and it generally made me feel at home.”

“Very "shady" area. Very unkempt. Clearly its an old building, and with old comes its flaws. But, if youre looking for just an overnight stay without having to cough up $200-500 for the night and don't mind its appearance, then this is your spot. ”

“The beds were good and the AC was cold. But the mat of dust on the TV, the hair in the shower and the cockroach INFESTATION was hard to get over. We stopped killing cockroaches after about the 15th kill. The breakfast was Little Debbie donuts and rancid OJ. I didn’t have the heart to try the apple juice. It’s a cool property with SO much historical potential. It’s just being neglected. ”
