“ I called 3 weeks before my booking and confirmed that my reservation was still good. I received a confirmation from Stayable Select staff that everything was ready. When I showed up, the lobby was closed permanently. Signage pointed me to another building to check in. The place has been neglected for months. Trash everywhere. Squatters. Broken glass. No staff was answering the phones. Eventually I texted the number and received a text that my reservation had been cancelled. Absolutely……

“Very nice accommodations - bed comfortable - complex well maintained & clean Only negative I have is the $75.00 pet fee. That is way more than the $25 customary and is no where posted before booking - lesson learned, call 1st”

“This place is best combination price/qualty. Price was lowest price around. Conveniently located just of I-75. Internet is almost non existent, but room has fridge and microwave. I didn’t have any trouble with safety. No breakfast, just coffee. May be recommended for travelers on budget.”
