“Nice size accommodations, however, there were dirty utensils in the room and a big stain on the floor. Also, at checkout, we were leaving the room on time, and they locked the doors on us and then called and asked if we were going to leave. Not great customer service. ”

“Horrible check in procedure. Filthy floors. Roaches. Bugs in ice bucket. Sliding doors to balconies wouldn't lock in either of my 2 rooms. No one on property after 6 to call. No blankets in one room and no one to call to obtain. Office staff only in office from 4PM to 6PM. Arrive before or after that and "tough luck. The worst accomodation experience I've had in USA in 50 years as most places have become very service oriented and want guests to have a pleasant stay. You need to think twice about……

“Clean and cozy with a great back yard. Unfortunatelly it was too cold to try the inviting pool. We had a very comfortable stay and the kitchen was very functional. Close to parks and restaurants. ”
