“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. “Hotel is located at walking distance to UF hospital. Our room was very spacious with two queen beds. Room air conditioning was very quiet and helped us to have very tranquil nights. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel near the pond and found it very tasty and priced reasonably. I loved the free valet parking. Overall very happy with my stay and hope to return one day. ”
