“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The staff was very polite. I only saw a couple bugs but the shower faucet needs to be replaced. It shoots out everywhere and then leaks into the room a tad. The bathroom door is also messed up because of that and is hard to shut. ”
