“Right from the start they welcomed us and assured us (like no other hotel had ever done) that they'd cleaned the room in advance nontoxically, as we'd requested. Managers were also immediately responsive when we had questions and needs thereafter. We loved the design of the rooms and their natural setting outdoors. ”

“We had a great stay overall (4 nights total). Super clean, safe, and new. No moldy hotel smell at this place! Staff was alert, regularly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. A manager who actually knows how to manage (a rarity these days!) changed our room when I mentioned the highway noise, they even prepared Grab-and-Go bags for the swimmers who leave for early practice, before breakfast opens. I overheard the staff, on several occasions, asking one another if they needed……
