“This place is good for the soul. We could sit on the huge screened porch and the dock forever. Lovely, clean, secluded, and tranquil. Thank you, it was the perfect place to unwind and remind ourselves to slow down.”

“My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my nieces graduation from UF and stayed for a few nights to celebrate and enjoy some leisure and water activities. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably and we were able to gather around to have breakfast and lunches together. The kitchen is well stocked and with 3 bathrooms we all had our own privacy. The water toys were awesome! We kayaked and paddleboarded in the backyard and sat on the dock in the shade and enjoyed the……

“It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. ”

“The property was as the description described. The location was conveniently located, however the road noise was loud. The property renovations seemed unfinished, could use some cleaning of doors and walls. The mattresses in front and middle bedroom need replaced. The kitchen had a good selection of tools. The yard could use some attention.”

“Located near grocery shopping, lots of boat ramps, Rainbow River State Park, Withlachoche Bike trail and many restaurants makes this location excellent. House is two levels with one living room, one kitchen and 2 bedrooms on each level. ”

“Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”

“I chose this property because it looked handicapped friendly from the post. Let me add more details that aren’t mentioned. The second shower not shown is a walk in shower with a bench it has one 6” step to enter. One 4” step at front door threshold. The lanai has the biggest steps one 6” at door threshold and one larger 8-10” step down to main lanai. No step to lanai if you use outside access around the left of house to screen door and the dock is handicap accessible but narrow. House was……

“Wonderfully private cabin with everything you need, and then some. Very clean home, comfortable bed. There’s a large loft with two more beds, but we only used the downstairs. We didn’t have time to use all of the amenities that came with this cabin, but really enjoyed the community park with water access! Groceries, gas, and KPHole is just down the road, and Rainbow Springs is a very short drive. We even went into Homasassa Springs and found a wild animal (think sanctuary for eagles!, red……

“We needed a calm and quick getaway from the city. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. Having other bungalows nearby made us feel safe. Have the springs literally 10 minutes away was perfect. The owners provided us with 5 bucks for the park entrance too in a thank you card. Lovely time. ”
