“Beautiful hotel. Front desk very accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Hospitality was lacking: The lobby is beautiful, but is cold and uninviting. A pot of coffee or fresh water in the lobby would make guests feel a bit more welcome. I was told that there is a coffee maker in my room. Breakfast - coffee again. “We were in the area to celebrate a friend birthday and did not want to drive an hour and a half home so I was able to find this hotel on hotels.com.
