“We love staying at the Chateau when we visit our daughter in Bloomington! It is clean and comfortable, and we get a very nice free breakfast. The decor is so amazing! The best news is that it is so reasonably priced! ”

“The staff was very friendly!! Best part of the stay actually! Craft 309 had great service and awesome staff!!! Corporate office needs to approve getting the air conditioning fixed in the restaurant!!! And perhaps replacing the room carpets. But other than that, the entire family really enjoyed our stay! Nice & close to Bradley too! Very convenient location for graduation festivities!!”

“Property was very nice. Only issue I had was , we had a room with 2 beds per request, but sheets in one bed were so rough and stiff ( maybe brand new) they could have stood up by themselves, and I literally could not use the bed with those sheets.”

“The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests. ”

“Very nice location. Beautiful hotel & nice staff. Only 2 recommendations: 1) Needed more staff to check-in guests on graduation day at college university, that had staggered graduation ceremonies all day. 2) Bonvoy information about hotel amenities on TV wasn't very detailed on dining options. My suggestion is to provide a hotel guide in the room like most hotels provide to guests. It's easier to access than scrolling through many TV screens to find needed information.”
