“This was a great choice for a short stay in Peoria. Much better than a hotel room for the same price. It was a good fit for three adults. The kitchen and bathroom had more than just the essentials.”

“The bedding was soft and comfortable. The house was at a dead end and very private. A nice Starbucks only a minute drive away. The floors were original hardwood and pretty. Just a little squeaky in some places. We definitely will look into staying here again in the future.”

“Bed was super comfortable !it’s a condo and Neighbor got quite noisy one night , nice park right behind this condo , couple things need Fixing , which mentioned to the owner except I forgot to mention the blinds in the bedroom need replacing ( broken pieces left clear views in) . “Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.”

“This was our second time staying here and again we loved it and had a fantastic time. All the amenities and supplies took care of all of our needs. The location is great and perfect for small groups to hang outside when the weather is on your side or inside with a large gathering room with a large table and TV. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house for almost any group. I’m guessing we’ll be back again soon.”

“The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things……
