“During our stay I don't think we had any visits from the cleaning crew. They had an envelope to give tips to them and I thought it was a joke. Overall the cabin was very nice and comfortable.”

The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”
