“It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. The deck was a great place for our family to enjoy meals, roast marshmallows, and watch hummingbirds (so many hummingbirds!). A short walk takes you to a patio by the creek, or into the woods, or up into the hills (this turns into a not-so-short, punishingly steep hike).But it's really the treehouse that……

“We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! “This cabin was a fabulous place. It had everything we needed. There were a couple of issues (e.g., with the TVs, etc.), but Janet responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issues. Some things that I especially appreciated were the washer and dryer, the full-size refrigerator (with ice trays), and the location in walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend!”
