“This property and host are nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, the property manager was very accommodating to all our questions and needs. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay-a well stocked kitchen was to our delight!The hot tub, fireplace and spacious home made our trip even more special, and we loved all the nearby skiing resorts. “Great house with great views. Super clean, stocked with generous supply of toiletries and everything you could need for the kitchen. We stayed with kids ranging from 17-24 and the downstairs was great giving them their own space. Great base location for everywhere we wanted to go- highly recommend and will definitely stay again. thanks. ”

“We stayed as an extended family group of grandparents, a family of four including teens, and a family of four including young kids. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house is well laid out and very well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home. Everything was clean and exactly like the listing photos. The master bedroom upstairs is large, but there are no doors to the bathroom or toilet room, so keep that in mind when deciding who is staying in that room. The only negatives our……

“This home was perfect for our little family Christmas. I felt the location was perfectly placed between Winter Park and Granby. Everything you need is within 15 minutes but the home has unobstructed nature and mountain views. It was nice being able to take advantage of the fireplace and hot tub. The rooms were good sized and bathrooms were toasty warm. We are super grateful the home is pet friendly. Also, being able to park in the garage is a huge plus! ”

“I wanted to visit the mountains but not be in a subdivision in the mountains around a bunch of other houses and people. The location of this cabin is perfect. It is not too far off the main road but far enough away so you feel secluded. It is close to Grandby, Winter Park, Frasier and Grand Lake so there are lot of things to do, see, or visit. The outdoor living is amazing, especially with the view. Having chairs, an eating table, a couch, grill and a fire pit makes the deck a great multi-use……

“The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning……

“Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Be sure to go to the ski area on Friday and Saturday evenings for free Gondola rides to the peak for snacks and happy hour. ”
