“Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! We were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. ”

“We are over 70 and we did not have a bathroom in our room. I may have read this, but I don’t recall reading it. We would not have rented this room if I’d known it didn’t have a bathroom in the room. Luckily, the room we would have shared the bathroom with was not occupied, but we still had to go out of our room, utilize the bathroom. Remember the code to get back in our bedroom a couple of times a night. Also, the stairs going up to the room, and all rooms are located on the second floor, are……

“Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining. The house has an in-line water heater which was nice! The location is 45 minutes from Winterplace ski resort and about a 15 min car ride to most retail restaurant establishments. ……

“The cabin was fine except for the one issue I had with the cleanliness. The dishwasher was full of half clean dishes. I say half clean because the dishwasher had been run, but the many of the dishes were not clean. I had to hand wash them first because I did not want to be blamed for putting away unclean dishes and washing them again in the dishwasher would have been futile. ”
