“Really beautiful hotel and property with picturesque surroundings and ammenities. Hotel staff were attentive, our only issue was there were extremely disruptive guests on our floor who were partying all night, despite filing noise complaints they continued to party until 4am disrupting our sleep and rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. ”

“Sotavento is a lovely facility in a breathtaking setting. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I *loved* the jacuzzi! However, the facility was understaffed. It seemed there was only one staff member on duty, and s/he was multitasking with cooking, waiting tables, and managing the front desk (and more I'm sure). Though I may have been the only guest, there should have been at least two guest-facing staff on duty 24/7. I didn't choose to do any of the recreational activities, but if……
