“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter tout le centre historique à pied. Le personnel est courtois et donne de bons conseils. Notre chambre-suite offre une belle vue sur la ville par contre il faut savoir qu’elle est situé au 5e étage, 64 marches pour y accéder. Bon petit déjeuner complet et service rapide. Leur jus sont succulents. Une épicerie est à 2 portes à côté de l’hôtel. Plusieurs restaurants à courtes distances à pied.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Swissotel! It was a perfect place to relax after a trip to the Galapagos. We had the added bonus of sharing the hotel with the Barcelona Soccer (Football) team. We are thankful for the Concierge service and the hotel driver that helped us get last minute tickets to the Football game. Amazing breakfast buffet as well!!”
