“The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.”
“This hotel was amazing all except for the bed. It was not very comfy, and the pillows were cheap. Since sleeping well is the main point of a hotel, I’m not sure I would stay here again despite my 5 star rating. The service, staff, location, and amenities were all amazing.”
“We had an amazing time in Quito staying at the hotel. Lovely building with interesting furniture and art. Bedroom was comfortable and extremely clean. Lovely bed, excellent views . Shower was hot and hotel provided us with a heater when it got chilly. David the manager and he's partner pierrina are very helpful. We were met at the airport by pierrina, the transfer was easy. Quito itself was wonderful, so much to see and the architecture is devine. It's lovely to walk around the old town . Rosa……
“Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. ”
