“Mucho ruido ”

“We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Yet, they have a laundry room in the building which was ok. The unit had a……

“The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.”

“Mi nombre no estaba registrado en la recepción , el guardia de turno poco colaborador , hasta que llegó otro guardia del edificio y nos ayudó. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación.”
