Want something specific? He can help. Laundry needed? Same day. Need a recommendation or info? Done - and/or he calls a friend. He really went out of his way to ensure that our every question was answered, and every need met. He helped arrange airport transportation both ways and even helped deliver……

“Such a pleasure to stay at La Coupole. A beautiful mansion turned into a boutique hotel. Miles, the owner, is a gem. Well located walking distance to the Metro.”

“I expected more for the price. There wasn’t any amenities except breakfast which was subpar. Staff was friendly during check in, but that was it. The location is on a hill. Not fun with the high altitude. ”

“Excellent service! They run out to get your luggage, explain the amenities at the hotel, and show you to your room and the room’s features. Very clean! Very reasonably priced which included a bouquet of flowers, lots of snacks, a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine in our room. Hotel restaurant is almost as good as some expensive restaurants in large USA cities, but reasonably priced. The food and drink choices were plentiful and delicious.”

“Pretty hotel decor. Staff polite. Room comfortable .Breakfast was ok, as you were served. On Sunday it was much better as it was a self service buffet with a lot more choice. Lack of information at check in. I had to ask for breakfast timing, and the staff gave me different timings to that which I eventually found in the room on the bedside table. I did not see evidence of the restaurant in action apart from at breakfast. In the evenings it was in darkness. I did not look to see if the bar was……
