“Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience,……

“The sheet was disgusting! There are a lot of hair on the sheet when we just arrived. Wonder if they ever changed the sheets. The breakfast was so-so.”

“Even though the building was under construction, everything was wonderful! The staff made out stay very pleasant.”

Don’t let that discourage you, the neighbors were all phenomenal, quiet and, the service we received was five stars! Once in the door, The place was beautiful on the inside!
