“Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. “Overall apartment was lovely. Some minor issues were with dog barking throughout night and some cleanliness issues. Dead flies on window sills, used coffee filter and trash thrown behind nightstand. Some stains on top comforter too. Sprinkler going off on side walks when trying to leave early. Fidgety entry lock . we would stay again as these issues were minor compared to comfort . Staff was very on top of everything so our error not informing them of issues but as they did not impinge……
