“Non riesco a capire perché gli hotel continuino a mettere la moquette nelle camere. Se c’è un motivo logico, che a me sfugge, allora almeno dovrebbero mantenerla pulita e sostituirla spesso. Da ristrutturare.”

“Notre réservation était inconnue par l'établissement qui nous a envoyé en face. Ceux-ci nous ont renvoyé au premier endroit.... qui a dit que nous n'avions pas de réservation... mais ils nous ont trouvé une chambre. Nous ne sommes pas restés. Nous sommes allés ailleurs. Tant pis.”

“Hotel znajduje się na przeciwko dworca PKP co dla jednych może być atutem, ale wiadomo, ze wokół dworca kręcą się tez różni ludzie. Obok hotelu jest deptak prowadzący do najważniejszych atrakcji Kielc oraz towarzyszących mu restauracji, lodziarni, kawiarni. Jest to niewątpliwy atut hotelu. Podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu było wesele. Pomimo pokoju na 2 pietrze było słychać bawiących się weselników. Parking dodatkowo płatny, na tyłach hotelu. ”

“This hotel is very dated but serves good food, a basic breakfast and the rooms are quite poor but in all honesty for what I paid I could not have expected much more but would have been nice to be pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again as it served my needs but I would pay a little more to get a more comfortable room.”
