“This was an incredible stay while we visited Huacachina Oasis which was only 30 minutes away. The room was clean and spacious with a huge shower. We had a walk out patio that overlooked one of the swimming pools which was beautiful. The service was beyond exceptional! What ever we needed was delivered immediately and with a smile. The breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully kept. And bonus, loved visiting the llamas. We……

“Very nice hotel just down the road from Las Dunas but at half the price. It is in a safe area with friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was a little basic without bottled water, fridge or tea/coffee facilities but was large and air conditioning worked very well. Decent mini-Market is 15 minute's walk away for in room snacks. Nice bar area where they also serve food from 1300 to 2200 and we ate there every day. Service also continued through a rain-storm where most employees were out with……

“Excellent service and staff. Our bungalow was clean and very convenient for our group. Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoy the activities and dining options at their restaurant. Food was delicious and our waitress Raquel was very friendly and helpful with our order. We’re planning on coming back on our next trip to Ica.”

“It was a great place to stay the address was a little confused we were looking for Glamping toneles y viñedos but the entrance sign read Sotelo viñedos however the place were nice and clean and included a tour and sample Pisco tasting. “Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Pallar. A continental breakfast was included. They overcharged us for extra coffee but problem was resolved when we questioned the staff about it. We went to Huacachina around noon and they were willing to store our luggage for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Beds are hard but hotel is fairly quiet. Plenty of hot water. Overall, a good experience.”

“Gerardo and his family are amazing people. They offer meals at a reasonable price and are very attentative. Gerardo took us around the beautiful property showing us all of the fruit trees and was very generous with me and my girlfriend. ”
