El personal de servicio amable y buena disposición, faltó algún grado de conocimiento respecto de disponibilidad de alimentación ( caso jugos, solicitamos de frutilla y mango y solo preparaban de mango, según indicaron por falta de personal) El resto bueno. “The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area.”

“Habitacion sin calefacción ”

“No nos quedamos porque al llegar la señora de recepción nos dice que no hay estacionamiento disponible; lo peor es que según ella no se manejaba con el internet así que no sabía cómo cancelar la reserva (porque descuentan en la tarjeta si uno anula). No lo recomiendo para nada a aquellos que viajen en auto.”
