“Check in with Sarah was quick and easy. Room was ready prior to check in time. Clean reception area-light refreshments offered. Had room on 6th floor with Club lounge access. Room was spotless and well appointed. Came with waters, toiletries and ample towels…2 plush robes also. Lounge was immaculate and had fresh fruit and cold and hot beverages available. We had dinner at Urbane…small boutique menu …service was excellent. Beds super comfortable and air conditioning excellent. Breakfast at……
