“Taxi sent me to another mercure hotel and that mecure hotel just gave me room and later in morning told me that booking is for another mercure hotel ”

“Very kindly Staff, well maintained building. I had some difficulities with work during my stay there, and they did their best to solve my issues. Thanks a lot! I definitely would stay again. Plz note, not many restaurants nearby but can find some 2km away.”

“The hotel is just next to metro station and shopping mall. However, also faced to the main road. Need to close window otherwise a bit noisy. The breakfast is good with various choice. ”

“We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. My 67 year old father caught on a cold because of this. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I’d say the……
