“The only issue we had was paying for a suite that was near something that made outrageous noise kicking on and off. Was told at checkout it was the elevator. Would have appreciated some type of compensation for not sleeping due to noise.”

“Basketball tournament. Hotel was good except for putting us in a handicapped room just becuase I booked through a third party. Breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee amazing. Beds were super comfy. ”

“The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The desk clerk this AM was appreciative that I told him about a faulty outlet in the room. I would say attention need to be paid to the outside,backside of the building. Pallets and trash on the ground. Lid to dumpster was open. ”

“We've stayed here a few times. Overall, we like the place, especially because they allow pets. My only issue is that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are usually almost empty each time. Just fill them up before the next guests arrive! It's a real hassle to ask the person at the desk if they can have someone come up and fill the bottles in the shower. ”

“Our stay was comfortable, but we noticed a few things that could have been improved. We usually get lucky with an early check-in, but early check-in was not an option at this hotel. We were allowed to use the pool before our 3pm check in, which was great! But we had to call to ask for pool towels, the bathroom in the pool area was under construction, and there was a VERY chilly gust into the pool from the door leading outdoors. I visited the women's bathroom right outside of the pool and there……

“Very inviting and warm welcome. Sad we didn’t find this hidden gem sooner after our son has attended ISU for the last four years. We were lucky to meet some of the former fraternity brothers that lived there in the 1980s. Highly recommend this property! Awesome breakfast!!! ”
