“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“The front desk employee was exceptional at making my anniversary feel special. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, and the bartender was super nice. We were welcomed with a little gift from the manager for celebrating our anniversary, which I thought was above and beyond. The pool and hot tub we’re both clean and super easily accessible”

“The front desk crew were EXCELLENT ! Louisa was so friendly ! As a single woman travelled safety is paramount . I loved that the front doors were locked later in the evening; a front desk person had to buzz you in . A PLUS in my book . The BED !!!! A wow . VERY comfortable . Room very clean as was the whole hotel . Good hot coffee ready when I went out and convenient . I will absolutely stop in again . I'm sure the road construction will be finished soon . ”
