“For the price of the room, it was great, but you get what you pay for. Check in and customer service looks good and the room was clean. With the room facing the street there was lots of noise. At 1:30 in the morning. I was awaken to a group people talking very loudly and playing music in front of my door that went on for about an hour. So with this being said, I will pay the extra money for a good night sleep and peace.”

“Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for……

“The room smelled like cigarette as if someone was in the room with me smoking, the air filter was dirty I cleaned because of the cigarette smell, that did not work ,I just could not believe how the room was and the I use to stay there all the time”
