“The staff was either a 10/10 or a 1/10, with no middle ground. Eighty percent of the staff was 10/10, with 20% probably the worst I've experienced. An example is waiting for dining service with only one other person in the dining area. “The Monteleone is a New Orleans institution, known for its quiet elegance and the famous Carousel Bar. The hotel is spotless, the furnishings elegant and timeless.
