“Once inside, very very nice. My balcony overlooked a very nice parking lot :( the AC unit was set on remote control, i had no control of the temp, i reached out to the number provided during normal business hours and to this day never received a response. It didn't ruin my visit but it would have been nice to not be freezing in the room that overlooked the nice parking lot. ”

“My mom and I really enjoyed the condo while we visited for a long weekend celebrating her birthday. The size was perfect for just the 2 of us. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was just a few minutes walk away! We enjoyed The Sandflea bar and grill across the street. We did use one hot tub which wasn't all that hot and one of the pools. Everything was clean and as advertised. I had seen reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but mom and I thought it was very comfortable. It didn't……

“A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door ”

“Great VRBO! Perfect amount of space for 4 of us with our own en suite bathrooms. It’s in a great location right across from a bike rental on Duval. Quick bike ride to either side of the island, convenient to everything. Hosts were super quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our arrival and departure time. Will stay here again! ”

“We had a studio so maybe it's different in the other rooms but it said paper towels were provided and they were not. No inside table to eat. We grilled outside one night no gas grill or utensils. We had to go buy some. Just wish I had known so I could be prepared. Otherwise the place was great. Very clean and the location was perfect ”
